I can see that. Alot of people are sitting in the background just waiting. People will put up resistance at 1c, 2c, 5c and 10c it takes time to churn sometimes when things get heated.
Hopefully most will be wise to let this revalue to what it is really worth.
With PEL182 I think an increase to anywhere between $50-100M MC before construction, bringing the SP any where between 15-30c mark.
