I'm like you Spectre, happy for it to go right now, but I get what you're saying in terms of timing after the Gas Strategy Plan....I guess my counter argument to this is that there will always be something we could wait for to sign it off.....In the past its been elections, byelections, protests etc etc .

I just reckon ultimately is a pretty imply bureaucratic administrative process that really shouldn't be waiting for anything. Having said that I fully understand that I am wrong atm because for a simply process its not getting done so maybe you're spot on...
