Deep pockets arrive, the more speculative and visionary insto's arrive. It will be very much Flinders St.. all change.... but some will stay on the train watching the "baggers" race off to their choice of auto or marine ( or both ) showrooms. Lambo, Porsche, Greenline , Riviera....they're watinglol
The empty seats will be all taken.....standing room only for some.
Then the next stop....is still very much downtown ...where/when post spud Suits arrive buying off all the Tommy (Bahama, Hilfiger..hey...Selleck ) shirt wearing insta$$$ as they set sail for beaches anon.
Then BPH/BUY are legitimate 'investment' stocks...as they settle down to divs.
Someone should write a book about this one day....
