Surely there has to be a timeframe for a decision within a "reasonable" time. The delay could also be seen to be against usual business practices and would also be subject to court action. Shareholder value is being eroded while the Kingmakers drag their heels. You'd expect "a please explain" Letter sent to the Kingmakers from Advent or DB requesting a decision if this goes on for over five weeks.
