You are right in that David does hold the Aces after Scomo's actions, he has rounds of ammunition and the time may come when he can use it. But....
There is no avenue for Advent to "force" the JA to act that I am aware of. So, while we all would prefer things to be moving faster, there is literally nothing the company can do under the OPGGS legislation. JMO.
