Great work Flambeau and Delegate. They certainly would not lose votes by rejecting it, as Barillaro already has done so, which tilts the scales in favour of a yes decision that is being held off for politcal reasons until after the by-election.
So if the Nats hold the seat, then Keith Pitt can stand up in Parliament and speak the immortal words: "we have a mandate".
