Keep in mind if you want to accumulate and you KNOW its a 'likely' prospect you won't want to spook the herd. Some will trawl with small nets atm just picking up parcels here...some there.
some folk are returning to the well , after getting dacked last time....but very cautious.
once someone feels the need to get in front they'll cause a stampede.... imo its then the shackles come off... 100M + trading days and the S.P. goes north at a rate of knots.
It's a mixed bag atm from my cheap seats ( just an opinion )
