that's not strictly true.
pure binary extolls two.outcomes of equal opportunity/likelihood/probability. Trying to.put aside any vested views/bias etc it would seem.to most observers there are indeed 2 possible outcomes but as to 50/50.. thinking not so much. Yes it could be dudded. There is precedent. many more though to approve.
