Even if you got the consensus it'll take 15 years if you pushed the button so to speak to have a reactor up and running .. most of the reactors are also built by the Russian french and Japan predominantly.. French would be gun shy of any nuke deals with Australia.. Russians not flavour of the month .. Japan's Mitsubishi is the other big dog ...
