Again, how do you figure that? The shares vesting upon approval only rewards Breeze if the shareholders are rewarded. It's set up so that there is no risk to his integrity. That's why it has been received positively.
It seems like in your original comment you were either mistakenly thinking he had purchased 50m shares or you were trying to imply performance rights have the same bullish implications as an insider purchase.
