It would seem to me that the Government would consider the period just before Christmas as being an ideal time politically to announce the approval of PEP 11. Even the Greens and other non-productives such as the surfer types would be busy preparing for Christmas and a rest from fighting for lost causes. They all need time to find meditation aid type gifts and source veggies for the Christmas table. Even spending other people’s hard earned money needs a rest. The media likes to wind down at this time too. Good Luck to all BPH shareholders…I hope we get an early Chrissy present!!!
