This is pure accumulation. The accumulators want you to panic. Remember they can buy and sell into their bids and offers inciting this “sell down effect”
There’s no panic if you believe long term.
Could also be like you said a slow down in buyers coming up to Christmas, which could also be looked at favourable to release the approval.
In all honesty, I’m never 100% correct so the above could be bugger all.
