Given the history of what has gone on before regarding dealing with this exploration permit under the Morrison government and the pilloring Labor gave him over his actions, do you think Labor and MK could really sit on this decision for years? There may not be a specifc timeline, but they would be well aware that they cannot look to be just as inept at making a decision on PEP11. These companies may be minnows but they have enough financial clout to retain appropriate legal representation should they need to resolve this through the courts.
