from my cheap seats its always about why are you buying them.
If accumulation is the game then it can be argued the 3c is irrelevant say 1.28. v 1.25 etc..
it then can be said even if heads were 6 and oppies 4.. youre still able to purchase 50% more opps.. later the conversion is minimal in effect....unless you're looking to offload.
its not everyone's thinking....but it's mine.
