As someone has already posted, [most] NOPTA employees will be on holidays from 22 Dec to 2 Jan. If the portal is not updated by Friday, then it would be fair to say that we'll have to wait until next year to find out. NOPTA approved a whole bunch last year on the 22nd of Dec to obviously close the applications off for the year, no doubt they're probably trying to do the same this year behind the scenes too.
