Not wanting to be a wet blanket but if approved don't they then have to get NOPSEMA approval of their environmental report and I thought I read somewhere that can take 3-4 months so I would think the earliest chance to drill would be April / May not February .
Believe me I hope I am wrong but I'm sure many out there know the correct procedures?
