You are misleading, or at best misrepresenting the facts.

Imminent is the word used by BUY - not anyone here on HC.
Its an adjective, a word to describe something or someone. In this case the word imminent is describing the word announcement.
Unambiguosly, the statment released on X by BUY is stating that the announcment will occur very soon after the 2/1/2024.
