At a quick calc, as it sounds we will take our entire participation up in Advent raising from 36.1% to 40.71%.
CURRENTLY
36.1% of Advent which holds 85% of PEP11
0.361 x 0.85 =
BPH holds 30.6% of pep11
AFTER THE RAISE
40.71% of Advent which holds 85% of PEP11
0.4071 x 0.85 =
BPH will hold 34.6% of PEP11
Plus all other investments Cortical/Clean Hydrogen stake increases. So congratulations to all shareholders who hold now our shares/options have increased in value.
