Every buy on BPH long or short term is speculative.
Many traders don't even look at announcements, especially fluff ones.
They trade on volume and price and have conditional orders in place. They're generally in and out before the suckers buy in on the fomo. (Not just BPH)
If you think approval is a lock, set/forget and wait for the announcement. There will be more volume spikes for traders to profit in the coming months.
