I can't agree every buy on BPH is speculative. I know there are a lot of long term holders bought in at around 1 - 2 cent last year and still holding as of today (including myself).
In my opinion, there is currently 50/50 for PEP11 to be approved. I don't see any chance BPH will drop below 3c if not approved, but will easily score more than 60c when approved. People should do the math to see if they should buy, hold or sell with the current price. JMOO, GLTAH
