Further to your summation, the east coast demand is very different than last time, c/w the recent commitment to transitional gas and the increased pressures to steer away from coal. Marchish last lyear ExxonMobil warned of rapidly reducing Bass Strait supplies and so on and so on. Lots of reasons why this time around is likely to scream past the FEB 21 levels before approval.
