Remember back in early 2021 while awaiting for the PEP11...

Remember back in early 2021 while awaiting for the PEP11 approval, DB did the following announcements:
- Capital raise for the drill
- Signed well services agreement to review rig availability/ drilling research
- Appointed contracts manager for procurement of equipment and drilling services
- Appointed drilling manager for managing and developing well design/location, total costs and drilling schedule.
- Arranged tender for subsea wellhead equipment, materials and associated services for drilling program
- Arranged tender for provision of drilling rig services to multiple drilling contractors... and so on

For this time, none of the above has been announced yet.

And I personally think that it is too early to guess/speculate the current ships movement without the any of the above announcement to public.

When the one or more of the above announced, the share price will rocket up like never before. Stay patience is the key now.
