I completely agree with both of you. Zali wants to use distractions to draw attention away from her own gas usage while making a big show about 'Stop PEP 11'. It seems she consumes as much gas as those affluent earners in her area. When she tells people to focus on PEP 11 issue, it’s a sure thing she don’t want people looking at the bigger picture.
