Why do we think the approval will be announced publically i.e by Housus or King or by media??
Pathfinders 2 permits in December weren't. MK didn't do a release to say "Hey I've approved Pathfinders permits".
So why should PEP-11 be any different. MK just needs approve as per Pathfinders and no one is none the wiser (until reported to the media and then she has the do the Please explain but by then it's job done).
I don't get why it's so hard for her to do this.
