just to clear this up, I was at first a tad in shock that they banned the idea of "offshore" (aka water drilling) energy sources. but we're all thinking:
"fantastic, while they strike out solar, and other energy sources...due to many reasons...and due to the need for cheaper energy...therefore Bph sounds like a very compelling solution?"
