probably some knew of the kelso handout well before so they sold just before it and that started both stocks falling with them then ready to rebuy much lower its called reverse trading isnt it ? where you just seek increase holding size,i mean this kelso issue must be cheapest of all time ,i mean if you recall when buy 3cents nearly he issued at 1cent ,this beats that even ,has there been cheaper? maybe the stephen silver one at crop logic reply to veeone
