The decarbonisation tech is worth a bit on its own as the application is vast.

Based upon MK's statments on gas and the clear intent on following procees and the law, assuming NOPTA has recommened approval, then its a almost given that approval will be postive.

If decilined, there would need to be a compelling reason. I have not heard, nor can think of, any.
