    There are no marine life or environmental laws in the pep area.

    So yes, can not decline.

    The only area is parliament might rejig an existing law, but Considering woodside and Santos are getting approvals that would be discrimentary.

    Nsw may try and prevent access to federal waters, but that would un constitutional, especially if bph is singled out.

    The constitution states all Australians have free travel.

    The delays are wrong because going back in time, morrison acted unethical to cause the present situation.

    Just a shame the court can not force a decision, but they can only make judicial decisions not government executive ones.

    Time is money, not just for us here, but all Australians as pep-11 will bring down energy costs for all.

    Also this debarke sends a message to foreign investors, that here we might pull the rug out.

    Bph has spent a fair amount of money on pep and in good faith, so there most likely is recourse in the courts there alone if declined.
