The problem with this is that not every permit is created equally.
If looking at application EPP42, it currently has 616 days at JA for decision.
If looking at application PEP11, it currently has 506 days at JA and 258 days for Nopta for Decision/implementation which is 764 days at JA.
However, PEP11 permit is expired from 12/02/2021 while the EPP42 permit is valid up until 06/07/2024.
Would 616 days, JA for Decision be considered reasonable due to the permit in a non-expired status, unlike PEP11? How do we create what’s reasonable in this situation?
