The outcome of the court case was as documented by the presiding judge. The Government conceded, the judge accepted their concession, and made orders. It is unwise to speculate any further than what the judge filed IMO.

As to what David Breeze can do? He has no option except to await the JA. There is nothing he is withholding from SH either, he knows exactly the same amount of information that we do. When the time comes, the JA will notify NOPTA, NOPTA will notify David, then David will notify the ASX.

NOPTA provides the JA with it's expectations on timely processing and using suitable endeavour. It is up to the JA to respect that. It is fair to argue that the JA has not respected those guidelines and for me, that means reputational damage for the Minister and her Government. That reputational damage has far reaching implications, the loss of confidence in the Tier 1 status of Australia by it's trading partners specifically those that invest in and/or purchase our gas. Curous Jim made a good point, and Dyucious does a fantastic job over keeping the forum up to date with NOPTA/JA activity, what is the average decision time? For me personally, I think we are still in a period of grace. The 60 odd days, whilst technically past deadline and definitely not prompt, is not grossly excessive IMO. The time may come where I think that it get's excessive, or the decision may get handed down in the near term. Nothing is guaranteed.

At the end of the day, I rely on the Minister's own words, that the application will be considered in accordance with the law.
