    It has now been with Pitty for 3 months since JB gave the official rejection, bureaucracy for the sake of bureaucracy has run its course IMO. Keith has visited NOPTA - he knows a decision is needed, he knows the facts, he knows what he needs to do. There are no obvious political hurdles left standing in the way here (Keith won't care about Scomo having to back peddle on his stupid comments).

    These are all great reasons to be bullish on approval, but if we are left waiting, you don't think we should question why? or view the non decision as a potential red flag? That is blind optimism my friend.

    I will say, getting out is risky - the opportunity cost could be huge. I'd hate to miss by a week - ouch. My decision to exit BPH would be very considered, I'm not there yet and my fingers are crossed for a decision next week.
