If we'd have received the approval when NOPTA first recommended it and when KP wanted to approve, then the Labour government may not have had to have struck this deal in the first place.
Having said that, this is a 100% acknowledgement from the current government of the gas shortage issues facing the east coast, which was after all the whole raison dêtre for the PEP-11 exploration well!
