There is no way this will be approved short term. Just imagine the coalition play the grab of Albanese not supporting PEP11 and the it gets approved. They would have a field day after the broken promise on the stage 3 tax cuts. He needs to save his arse at the moment. Maybe after the Dunkley by election on the 2nd March. I sold out the other day and will re enter when it bottoms out. My thoughts only, so no rubbish from the rah rah crowd.
