Therefore, PEP11 is the only title which has expired under application so you can’t compare the days at which it is at JA for decision. 74 days is far too long for a permit that has expired and we know it should have never happen under the circumstances.
There is evidently a priority list with processing these applications and EPP42 & EPP41 are nowhere near the top considering the titles are so far away from expiring. 600 + days at JA reflects that.
Since PEP11 has expired and we can not do any work, it should never have reached 20 days of JA, let alone 74+
