Most sophs I understand have held bph under 3c, as longer term holders.

So at 3.3, it just averages up cogs.

As the offer is 1 bphob for every 2 bph. The effective cost is just 2.5c.

This sets a floor at 3.3c.

I do not think bph will be sold, but the options could be as there at a premium, for which I have pointed out prior.

But even at this premium, at 10c, they still would deliver double the % gain than the bph.

I only hold bphob. I did predominantly with raiden also.

Works well if a stock rises, but not if it falls.
