According to both BPH and BUY's most recent quarterly announcement, NOPTA has made a recommendation to JA and the decision is pending, NOPTA's website confirms that. I have no doubt imo that MK has seen NOPTA's recommendation, but is yet to formally receive it because just like last time it'll go to the state minister first, then on to MK. Barilaro stalled on his decision for a while and Pitts could do nothing. I wouldn't be surprised if the same games are being played.
