This is the first time I’ve noticed some ambiguity in the narrative. Claydon saying King will rightfully follow due process and this is the only way to guarantee certainty for our community, seems a bit at odds.
If King follows due process the permit will be granted. I fail to see how that provides certainty for her community.
The only way I read that is that the King decision would be unable to be challenged because she has followed the process but I don’t see how that leads to what Claydon wants which is denial.
Am I missing something
