hey Flam... you are pushing the delegate theme quite earnestly. This sideways look at decision marking is very strange indeed !
think about it from a common sense perspective....

Is MK going to tell this delegate,,,, you can go out there and say the application is denied !!!
What is MK going to say to the first member of the opposition in parliament who asks... why did you let "joe blogs" make the judgement call??

...also ...what i have said in a previous post ...MK sends the delegate out ....to say its approved !


...i will continue to make the point ...this permit should have been approved before the 25th Dec 2023 ...for crying down the sink...
