I agree. If PEP11 case goes back to court, we will have a very high chance of winning IMO.
Remember about 2 years ago, the judge said ex-PM Scott was bias and breached of procedural fairness by predetermined the application. And I can see there are plenty of evidences to prove that Albo government was very bias against the PEP11 case and premade his decision about PEP11 license in many of his speeches to the beach communities before he was elected as PM.
So unless MK has a very good reason to reject it (which I can't see any as of today), we will have plenty of legs to stand on if this goes back to court again.
