I live in NSW and I'd go as far to recommend if the NSW bill is passed and PEP-11 ends up producing gas regardless, don't supply any of the gas to NSW as all other states would take the needed share and let NSW ride it' high utility costs while other states enjoy their reduction cost. For those angry NSW residents, point them to their Energy Minister, Penny Sharpe and her milestone bill and rejoice.
