On the webpage for the Bill it has a status of - 'In Legislative Assembly, 2R Debate, Debate adjourned 5 clear days, Wed 7 Feb 2024'

However, the next sitting day on the calendar appears to be 12 March 2024. Order #7 of that day is currently - Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Sea Bed Mining and Exploration) Bill; resumption of the adjourned debate, on the motion of Mr Paul Scully, “That this bill be now read a second time.” (Introduced 7 February 2024—Mr Mark Hodges*).

So potentially nothing may happen yet until 12 March?!
