How could introducing a bill to specifically ban PEP11 be introduced after NOPTA have (assuming they approved) passed it on to the JA NOT be seen as apprehended bias in a court of law. Add to that the negative commentary from various government representatives who portray themselves as influencing the outcome. I agree it's time Advent issued some kind of statement along those lines to at least bookmark their concern at obvious bias opposing the law before the decision, as in the PEP11 licence is clearly NOT being based on standalone merit as an exploratory licence, it is once again neck deep in political bullsh!t!

The current situation appears to be no different at this point than last time. I bet they wouldn't even try this with Woodside or Santos. The various laws regarding offshore exploration should be uniform for Australia, not state-by-state legislation swinging whichever way depending on who is in power at that time, that's biased already. mad.png
