What’s changed since last time where nopta recommended it and the resource minister is on record saying he was going to approve it. Remember the process is a merit based decision following procedures….
It would be pretty hard to justify denying it this time around when nothing has changed.
If it’s denied, I’m confident the high court appeal will be successful. The only thing that’s really annoying for me personally is I need my investment money sooner rather then later and might not be able to wait the court process out.
That’s my thoughts on the whole debacle
