But any fair minded person would have expected the current elected PM to follow proper procedures and protocols that Australia is ruled by in regard to Pep11 approval in 2024.

Butvit seems stupidly Albanese has fallen for the same trap as Scomo now, this is huge for any future court case for Pep11 Inc imo, regarding compensation for delays and breach of procedural fairness and bias, the potential pay out to Advent could be in the billions here potentially, and of what my long position on BPH is formed if we have to take this route.

As I have said before this is a either ither scenario for me as a major shareholder of Advent, and I’m more than happy to hang around for either approval or a massive government payout, and of course of which would be absolutely ridiculous if it was to occur when you look at the possible real benefits to Australia of what a successful exploration campaign could achieve in 2024 in Pep11.
