The only.....emph ONLY reason the FEDS could kybosh pep11 was to suggest it was not in the Nations Interest , that it put the Country at risk.
re 1) the Nation is desperately short of gas today to say nothing of current projection re requirements and availability
re 2) there is no reasonable suggestion that pep11 could put anything at risk, let alone the whole country...which is the litmus.
