I'm just spit balling here - I originally took the Albos comments to be very negative. But what if he is referring to the NSW legislation they are trying to introduce to squash Pep11. What if federally they are looking to approve it but they want to make it water tight so NSW can't overturn the decision by introducing their legislation to stop Advent bringing the gas to shore......
Just a thought. I'm trying to look for a positive. Surely the wait cant' be too much longer......
