I have asked this before and ask again, is it not incumbent on DB to manage this process better.
For instance, to request formally what the comments referred to by Alba meant? And by this I mean ask publicly on behalf of the shareholders- us.
More importantly, given the extended delays, when countless other permits are being approved, should he not address the unnecessary delays through the courts. He could cite the fact that Albo is commenting about matters which materially affect a public company. Whilst I detest the spineless KP at least he was clear that he had to be careful what he said in the public domain?
