Surely there is compensation on the table for a company that has been at the whim of politicians like this. They paid Higgins a fortune (despite very strange circumstances and no guilt found) so why can't compensation be mandatory regadless of approval?
Also, I find it hard to take the recent news as positive for approval. Back to court seems very likely (not that politicians care, not their money).
