Except you're falling for the same fake news that the greens are trying to spread about Pep11. The well has already been drilled, it's there already! Just that the owner want to turn it into a production well. They're not planning to put a rig next to the apostles just offshore!
Should they have a production well, 5kms from that tourism destination? Probably not.
