How about every Government Minister delegates their responsibilities so there is no chance they could ever be accused of bias or god forbid be called out for bad policy. You become a Minister to make decisions for the supposed benefit of the majority of Australians. If MK delegates this she should be kicked to the back bench or open up a fish and chip store in Rocko.
